Job Title

Director Regulations and Compliance

Job Purpose

To provide strategic leadership, technical and administrative for the achievement of the mandate of the Commission.

Main Duties

Developing and Promoting the business pf the Commission Nationwide.

(Accountability, Compliance, Programs Implementation)

Qualifications & Experience

Direct Entry

A minimum of a master’s degree in Sales & marketing, Project Management, Business or ant other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution.

A relevant professional qualification in Privacy management is an advantage.

(CDPS, CIPM, CIMP etc.)

A minimum of ten (10) years post bachelor’s degree relevant work experience, five (5) years of which must be in a senior management position. Must pass a selection interview

The Commission provides for the process to obtain, hold, use or disclose personal information and for other related issues bordering on the protection of personal data.
